Image recognition using FPGA devices
Face recognition is a very important technology in the recent scenarios of security threats the world is facing. It is implemented on defense campuses, security buildings, and offices. Nowadays it is used in social networking sites like Facebook, Orkut, and our laptops. FPGA is a field-programmable gate array.
We can divide this project into three steps:
Step 1) Software read geometry of Face and convert it into computer recognizable numbers
Step 2) These numbers(Image) and numbers (Images) stored in our database compared, as we do in password matching
Step3) If they match, image is recognized
